Hercules Nicolau, the first human to run the entire length of Cyprus. A simply incredible achievement, 402km ran over the space of in 4 days. Hercules recently released a documentary called "The Rebirth" which followed him as he aimed to achieve this world first. Herc discussed training, building his team & the key to building a community as a content creator.
